Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Sale items and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at csven.help@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at csven.help@outlook.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
